Tim and his crew did a great job rebuilding our road/drive down to the lake. They cleaned and rebuilt three turnouts, graded the road and filled the washouts, and rebuilt it to last. Tim and MC Property Solutions did my driveway that was in terrible shape. I reached out to them via text message on a Sunday evening. Tim met with me at my house the following day to discuss what I needed done and gave me a quote. The very next day, to my surprise, they began the project that consisted of cutting in a ditch along the drive for water runoff, building the driveway up with fill dirt, slagging the drive with #57 gravel and adding Gabion stone in a couple spots along the drainage ditch. From start to finish it took them just 2 days, not to mention they actually done more work than expected by lining the whole draining ditch with Gabion stone. Needless to say MC Property Solutions exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

MC Property Solutions definitely lives up to the “solution” part of their name! We recently moved onto a small amount of acreage with a shop in the center of property. After calling and scheduling an estimate visit, Tim came out and provided inputs and ideas for accessing the shop via a new driveway surfaced with highway blacktop millings. I received an estimate back within 72 hours and quickly learned from our plumber that the route that I had proposed would cut across our septic drainfield. Tim dutifully returned to survey a new proposed routing and promptly got back with me for a new estimate. On the day of installation he and his crew arrived promptly and accomplished the task thoroughly and professionally.
